Contrary to what many people think, Not all foods are effective when it comes to replenishing energy in the body. Leticia Canelada, nutritionist at the Instituto Nutrindo Idealis, explains that processed and nutrient-poor foods, in addition to not providing adequate nutrition, can negatively affect energy production and mood.

- cakes
- Cookies
- Caffeine
- Alcohol-free drinks
- Candy
- Refined pasta
- Fast foods
- Margarine
- Alcoholic beverages
- French fries
- Ready-made seasonings containing monosodium glutamate (MSG)
