What breakfast to prepare with the children?

According to Fabiana Albuquerque, every children’s breakfast must include at least one food source proteinone carbohydrate AND fruit. Below, see 4 healthy breakfast options to make with your kids.

  • 2 slices of bread (preferably wholemeal)
  • 1 slice of Minas or semi-mature cheese
  • 1 glass of strawberry juice

To prepare strawberry juice, just follow the steps below.

ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries (tea)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice to taste

How to prepare

In a blender, blend the strawberries and lemon juice. After filtering the mixture, place the mint at the bottom of a glass and add the juice and ice.
