Creamy green corn juice straight from the cob for your June feast

As the green corn is the protagonist of the month of June, nothing more right than using it in all types of recipes, including a juice very creamy and sweet. The drink is made with kernels removed directly from the cob, milk, water, sugar and condensed milk to add even more creaminess.

Green corn juice

Time: 40 minutes

Performance: 4 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups milk (tea)
  • 3 cups (tea) of water
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk

Preparation method:

  1. Using a knife, remove the corn kernels from the cob.
  2. Blend the corn kernels in a blender with half the milk, half the water and the sugar for about 4 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a pan and then heat over medium heat, stirring until it thickens.
  4. Leave to cool and blend in the mixer with the remaining milk, water and condensed milk until creamy.
  5. Then serve the juice.
