Green corn juice
Time: 40 minutes
Performance: 4 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 6 cups milk (tea)
- 3 cups (tea) of water
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
Preparation method:
- Using a knife, remove the corn kernels from the cob.
- Blend the corn kernels in a blender with half the milk, half the water and the sugar for about 4 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a pan and then heat over medium heat, stirring until it thickens.
- Leave to cool and blend in the mixer with the remaining milk, water and condensed milk until creamy.
- Then serve the juice.
