Chef Gordon Ramsay is known worldwide for the success of his television show. On his social media accounts he said he had a serious bicycle accident during a trip to Connecticut, in the United States, and almost died.

In the publication he demonstrated that the helmet prevents something worse from happening. “‘Honestly, I’m lucky to be here.’” Gordon Ramsay said.
Ramsay showed off his bruised chest area: “I’m in pain. It’s been a brutal week (…) I’ve had enough more. But I can’t tell you how important it is to wear a helmet.”
“It doesn’t matter how short the trip is. It doesn’t matter how expensive these helmets are… they’re essential. Even with kids, on a short trip, they need to wear a helmet,” he added.
