  • 1 1/2 cups warm milk

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation method

In a container, beat the egg yolk with the sugar until the mixture is light and creamy. Add the chocolate powder and beat again. Without stopping whisking, gradually add the hot milk. Place the mixture in a pan, add the cinnamon and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. Remove the cinnamon and serve later.

ingredients

  • 400 ml of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of 50% cocoa powder.
  • 2 tablespoons of milk cream creamy
