  • 500 g of white beans soaked for 8 hours
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 bay leaf

Method of preparation

Eliminate belly fat and wash well. Put in a bowl, cover with water and lemon juice Leave to rest for 20 minutes. Put in a pot with boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Repeat the process 2 more times and drain. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
