ingredients

  • 500ml of Chicken broth
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 500 ml skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/5 cup corn green tea
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks, sifted
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation method

In a blender, add half of the corn and the chicken broth. Blend until smooth. In a pan, add the butter and place over medium heat to melt. Add the onion and sauté. Add the blended mixture, cornstarch, milk, egg yolks and the rest of the corn. Cook over medium heat until the soup is creamy. Turn off the heat, season with salt and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

Potato and carrot soup

ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 400 g of Potato peeled and chopped
  • 300 g peeled and chopped carrots
  • 1 l vegetable broth
  • 200 g of cream
  • Salt, ground black pepper and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation method

In a skillet, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté. Add the potatoes and carrots and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the vegetable stock and cook until the vegetables are soft. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and transfer the soup to a blender. Blend until smooth and return to the skillet. Add the cream and return to medium heat to heat. Season with salt and black pepper and turn off the heat. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.

Preparation method

In a skillet, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté. Add the broccoli florets, water, salt and black pepper and cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and transfer the soup to a blender. Blend until smooth and return to the skillet. Add the cream and heat over medium heat. Serve immediately.

  • 3 cleaned radishes with the leaves separated from the stem
  • 1 potato peeled and diced
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed

Preparation method

Place half of the radish, potato, garlic and onion in a pan and cover with water. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
