Grilled ribs in the airfryer

Rib

  • 800 g pork ribs
  • Seasonings to taste: rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper

Barbecue sauce

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 col. Worcestershire sauce (soup)
  • 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Calabrian pepper to taste
  • Liquid smoke (optional)

Preparation method

Place the seasoned rib in the Airfryer for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. For the sauce, fry the onion in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it boil until thickened. After 30 minutes, brush the barbecue on the ribs and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Tip: Serve with rosemary potatoes and more barbecue sauce to go with it.
