Method of preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add oil, salt and mix. Gradually add the flour, stirring with a spoon, until it comes off the side of the bowl. Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth and soft. Shape into a ball, cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.

Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin on a floured surface, forming a 32 cm diameter disk. With the help of a pastry bag, make a string of curd around the entire diameter of the edge, fold the dough making it stuff the edge. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and prick lightly with a fork.

Method of preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add the egg, oil, salt and mix. Gradually add the flour, stirring with a spoon until it comes off the side of the bowl. If necessary, add more flour. Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth and soft. Shape into 4 balls, cover with a cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes or until doubled.
