cup = 240 ml, tablespoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

SWEET POPCORN Ingredients

– 1/2 cup(s) of popcorn

– 1/2 cup(s) sugar

– 1/2 cup(s) of water

– 5 tablespoons of oil

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.

Sweet Popcorn:

  1. Place all the ingredients of the recipe in a pan.
  2. Cover and place over low heat, on a small burner on the stove. Do not rush as the popcorn may burn.
  3. Shake the pan a few times until the first popcorn pops.
  4. When the first popcorn pops, place it on a larger flame, but keep it low.
  5. Let them pop – they should pop quickly.
  6. As soon as it stops making noise, turn off and remove from the heat.
  7. Open the pan carefully.
  8. Add the caramel popcorn and mix well so that they are all caramelized.
  9. Remove the popcorn from the pan.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the sweet popcorn hot.
  2. If you have any left over, store them in an airtight container so they don’t lose their crunchiness.
