cup = 240 ml, tablespoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml
SWEET POPCORN Ingredients
– 1/2 cup(s) of popcorn
– 1/2 cup(s) sugar
– 1/2 cup(s) of water
– 5 tablespoons of oil
PREPARATION:

Separate all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.

Sweet Popcorn:
- Place all the ingredients of the recipe in a pan.
- Cover and place over low heat, on a small burner on the stove. Do not rush as the popcorn may burn.
- Shake the pan a few times until the first popcorn pops.
- When the first popcorn pops, place it on a larger flame, but keep it low.
- Let them pop – they should pop quickly.
- As soon as it stops making noise, turn off and remove from the heat.
- Open the pan carefully.
- Add the caramel popcorn and mix well so that they are all caramelized.
- Remove the popcorn from the pan.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve the sweet popcorn hot.
- If you have any left over, store them in an airtight container so they don’t lose their crunchiness.
