Transfer puree to a pan, add olive oil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add vegetable stock and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Turn off heat and serve immediately.

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 4 bananas peel and cut into slices
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Coconut sugar and cinnamon powder for dusting

  • Oatmeal for flouring

Preparation method

Place the coconut oil and eggs in a blender and blend. Add the bananas, coconut sugar and salt and blend again until smooth. Reserve. Place the oat flour, peanuts and baking powder in a bowl and blend. Add the reserved mixture and blend to combine. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil and flour with oat flour, place the dough in and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat until golden brown. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, carefully unmold and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon powder. Serve immediately.

Preparation method

In a container, place the corn flour, almond flour, rice flour, flax seeds, xylitol, coconut milk, coconut oil, fennel seeds, and water and mix until smooth. Cover with cling film and let rest for 20 minutes. Then, with the help of a spoon, take a little dough and form a ball. Repeat the operation with all the dough and place it on a baking sheet greased with coconut oil and floured with corn flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

Turn off the heat and set aside. In a blender, add the eggs, oat milk, rice flour, oats, salt and black pepper and blend until smooth. Finally, add the baking powder and beat to incorporate. Next, pour half of the mixture into a baking pan greased with coconut oil and floured with rice flour. Place the chicken on top and cover with the rest of the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat until golden brown. Serve immediately.
