Practical recipe for pressure cooked pork roll with dark beer sauce

Pressure Pork Roll

Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped chives to taste
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 200g bacon strips
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup (tea) water
  • 1 can of dark beer (350 ml)

Preparation method:

  1. Place a sheet of cling film over the steaks and beat them with a kitchen hammer to loosen them and make them uniform.
  2. Season with garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Divide the carrot, bacon and cheese between the steaks, roll up like roulades and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Heat a pressure cooker with oil over high heat and fry the rolls until golden brown.
  5. Add the vegetable stock, tomato sauce, water, beer, cover and cook for 10 minutes, from when the pressure begins.
  6. Turn off, let the pressure release naturally, and open the pan.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
