Pressure Pork Roll
Time: 45 minutes
Performance: 8 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, black pepper and chopped chives to taste
- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 200g bacon strips
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
- 1 can of dark beer (350 ml)
Preparation method:
- Place a sheet of cling film over the steaks and beat them with a kitchen hammer to loosen them and make them uniform.
- Season with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Divide the carrot, bacon and cheese between the steaks, roll up like roulades and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat a pressure cooker with oil over high heat and fry the rolls until golden brown.
- Add the vegetable stock, tomato sauce, water, beer, cover and cook for 10 minutes, from when the pressure begins.
- Turn off, let the pressure release naturally, and open the pan.
- Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
