Brigadier’s Coffee

Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
- 1/2 pack of cream (100g)
- 50g chopped milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of 50% cocoa chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon white corn glucose
- Chocolate pieces to roll
- Coffee beans for decoration
Preparation method:
- Place the condensed milk, cream, milk chocolate, chocolate powder, glucose and coffee in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the saucepan.
- Remove from heat and wait for it to cool.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Remove and, with greased hands, shape the brigadeiros.
- Pass through the pastry and arrange in the molds.
