Corn bread

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oil (tea).
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Condensed milk (1 can)
- 1 tablespoon fennel
- 2 cups corn flour
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- Corn flour for dusting
- Margarine for greasing
Preparation method:
- First, in a pan, over medium heat, add the milk, oil, salt, condensed milk and fennel.
- Wait until it reaches boiling point and add all the corn flour mixed with the wheat flour at once and cook, stirring with a spoon until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Then add the eggs, one at a time, always mixing.
- Let it cool, form balls with your hands sprinkled with corn flour and place them in a greased baking tray.
- Using a knife, make cross-shaped cuts and place in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately!
