Upside Down Banana Cake

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (tea).
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
Coverage
- 1/2 cup butter (tea).
- 1 cup (tea) of brown sugar
- 3 bananas, sliced lengthwise
Preparation method:
- Blend the bananas, eggs, oil, sugar and cinnamon in a blender.
- Transfer it to a bowl and mix the flour and yeast with a spoon. Book.
- For the syrup, place the butter and sugar in a pan over low heat until completely melted and thickened.
- Spread the syrup over the bottom of a medium English cake tin and leave to cool.
- Arrange the bananas on the syrup and spread the dough on top.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
- Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
