- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup of straw potatoes
- Ketchup and mustard to taste
Mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped olives
- 1/3 cup cold milk
- 3/4 cup oil (tea) (approx.)
Preparation method:
- For the mayonnaise, place the garlic, juice, salt, green chilies, olives and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
