Ingredients:
(For 2 people)
- 250 g of short pasta (I used casarecce in the recipe, but you can use fusilli or penne)
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 200 ml of fresh cream
- 150 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 shot glasses of vodka
- Chives or green scent of your choice
- chili pepper
- salt
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation:
- Bring the water with the salt to a boil and as soon as it starts to boil add the pasta and cook two minutes less than the time indicated on the package.
- In a hot pan with olive oil, add the onion, chopped garlic and peppers, brown well.
- Add the tomato paste, combine the seasonings, add the vodka and let the alcohol evaporate for about a minute
- Add the cream and mix until well blended.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and mix everything.
- Complete with the Parmesan, chives and butter, mix well until it forms a very velvety and reddish sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper
