Homemade Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients:
- 45g of fresh organic yeast
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 3 cups (tea) of warm water
- 1 dessert spoon of salt
- 2 and 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 and 1/3 cup (tea) of whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 4 tablespoons flax seeds
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons of chia
- 4 tablespoons of oats
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the yeast and brown sugar until dissolved.
- Add the warm water and salt and then mix.
- Add the rest of the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
- Arrange in two greased and floured English cake tins, leave to rest for 1 hour, brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
- Let it cool, turn it out and serve immediately.
