Pork steak with cassava puree

Ingredients:
- 1 piece of pork picanha steaks (800 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sprig of rosemary, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons of oil
Puree:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 400g cooked and mashed cassava
- Salt and oregano to taste
Preparation method:
- For the puree, heat a pan with the butter and cassava over medium heat and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and oregano, add the cream and then mix.
- Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Meanwhile, season the picanha steaks with garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and mix.
- Heat a pan with oil over high heat and grill the steaks on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve immediately accompanied by cassava puree.
