Practices to attract abundance and prosperity

Learn to experience the manifestation of abundance to live a prosperous life in all its aspects and experience joy.

In general, when we talk about abundance or prosperitywe limit ourselves to thinking about material wealth. However, we can experience a more abundant life in every way, from energy, to love, to fluidity, etc.

To live an abundant life in all its aspects, it is necessary to change the mindset. Therefore, the goal is to free oneself from limiting beliefs and develop a calm and equanimous awareness.

Limiting beliefs They are ideas, thoughts, or concepts that shape how we perceive the world and how we act when faced with opportunities, limiting our experiences.

They arise from external influences, past experiences, or messages internalized over time.

Therefore, in this article, we explain how daily practices to exercise and attract prosperity can help you attract prosperity into your life.

Complaining takes away abundance

When you keep complaining and develop a stressful state of mind, wealth leaves you. In other words, the manifestation of abundance becomes more difficult.

This is because what remains is the awareness of misfortune, lack and suffering. After all, you constantly feel lacking and frustrated.

  • What’s it like to live with someone who won’t stop complaining, whether at work or with friends? It’s not nice, right?
  • What if your mind is complaining and feeling frustrated all the time?
  • Have you ever noticed that most people complain at least once every three minutes of conversation? That’s not an exaggeration.

People have a complaining mind. People complain about the weather, whether it’s sunny or rainy, they complain that their backs hurt or that the government isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do.

You complain about your partner’s complaints or your child’s ingratitude, you complain about the price of things, you’re always complaining and judging.

After all, you judge people, you judge circumstances, you judge situations, you judge your body, you judge your life, you judge God, you judge the entire universe, and you become a critic.

And why do you judge?

Because you are habitually dissatisfied with reality. After all, your mind is constantly commenting that this reality is not what it should be.

You are dissatisfied with reality, because your complaining and stressed mind changes its mind in a matter of seconds and is unable to experience reality.

At the core of the complaining mind is the terrible assumption that “I have to be unhappy to get ahead” or “I have to take complete control to feel safe.” Therefore, you believe that you need to be dissatisfied, aggressive, and almost angry to get ahead.

Or you think you have to spend sleepless nights and endure stressful days, trying to keep total control over the people and all the factors involved around you.

But what you don’t know is that in the realm of consciousness, such an assumption and such a state is the perfect recipe for obstacles. These are the ingredients that prevent abundance from manifesting.

Positive Affirmations

It’s not talking positive affirmations which will make you change your mindset and awaken enlightened consciousness.

Eliminate thoughts of fear and uncertainty about the future and focus on create the habit of staying in the present It’s the key to an abundant life.

And if it helps, it motivates you. One way to do that is to work on self-esteem, self-care, and gratitude.

Your state is what communicates. Your inner state sends signals to the universe whether you are open to chaos or order in your life.

Three moods

If we look psychologically into the minds of most people regarding wealth, we will see that there are three states from which people try to create wealth and abundance in their lives.

  1. State of total obsession: Either they always want more, or they are afraid of having less. It is a constant dance between desire and worry. No lasting wealth will ever be generated from this state. Your obsession with money and worry sends the wrong signal to the Universe and instead of wealth you attract problems to yourself.
  2. The State lives daydreaming: endlessly wandering in fantasies of the pleasures that will come if you have the money you desire. You get lost in projections that show off your wealth to family and competitors, proving them wrong. Totally self-centered thinking. Another side of this state is fear. You fantasize about money, lost in terrifying projections of failure and shame.
  3. Sankalpa: It is a healthy and powerful desire that arises when you are filled with passion to create beauty, well-being, happiness and goodness. In this state you passionately imagine the great good you will do for your family, your business, your society and, in the process, you see the wealth you will create.

Your purpose

Unless you are a sanyasi, who has renounced the material world, it is natural for you to concentrate on creating wealth. For this wealth to be lasting, you must first discover your dharma or noble purpose in life.

Dharma is about the contribution you want to make to the welfare of society through your abilities. After discovering your abilities and purpose, you commit to the pursuit of wealth creation.

  • What kind of signals do you think you are sending to the Universe?
  • Daydreams and egocentric fantasies and anxiety-filled projections or the desire to contribute your abilities to a better life and world?

Think about it. This is the foundation for manifesting abundance.

Manifesting Abundance

The Universe is vibration. Our words and actions are like stones that we throw into a lake, producing ripples, like a tsunami – which is the effect of an earthquake on the other side of the world.

This shaking of the Earth moves the water, creating ripples that will reach the other edge. And just as we can experience tsunamis of problems and chaos in our lives, we can also experience tsunamis of abundance. And that is a choice.

I choose to create abundance or I choose to create problems. And I act on my choice.

Every idea is a thought and wants to manifest itself in matter. A thought manifests itself through an action. Thinking, imagining that you are successful, but sitting on the couch watching Netflix will not get you to your goal.

And you know it. But we need to hear the same thing over and over again to get rid of the fear of making a mistake.

Detachment and limiting beliefs

Our relationship with our ability to achieve results comes fundamentally from our upbringing, from whether we were encouraged or discouraged to express our talents and realize our dreams and intentions.

Therefore, this can happen directly and indirectly. Through family, school, media, culture, society, religion.

  • What do you think about money and success?
  • What price do you pay for them? Is it light? Is it heavy?
  • What is abundance for you?
  • How did you feel about money and success as a child?

Because that is what you are manifesting now. Stop and look.

Do you repeat patterns in your relationships? Who do you try to please with your victories? What purpose does money serve in your life?

In this way, these and other questions give us an overview of the limiting feelings and thoughts that block the flow of abundance in our lives. Because they tie us to the past or the future and we ignore that we create the future in the present.

We have such a limited view of these topics that we do not even notice the abundance that surrounds us. After all, just look at nature. Take a papaya and cut it in half. Inside you will find several seeds.

Each seed is a papaya tree. Each papaya tree can produce as many papayas as one season. How many seeds are inside each papaya tree? Do you understand?

Therefore, changing perceptions and feelings about wealth and prosperity and learning to live in the present is the key to an abundant life.

If you want to go deeper to get out of the scarcity mindset, awaken to abundance awareness and find your purpose in life, here is my mentoring: Change your habits, change your life.

Daily practices

  1. Reflect and meditate what do you really want. Align your energy with your dreams and goals.
  2. Learn to identify your complaining mind by doing the Meditation of the serene mind.
  3. Do the Meditation on Abundance to calm the mind and connect with the flow of life.
  4. You can surround yourself with motivational phrasesthat continually reminds you of the TRUTH about yourself. Phrases, signs, objects that remind you of your ESSENCE, your PURPOSE. Positive affirmations are affirmative phrases about what you want to see manifested in your life and within you. So remember that it is your state that communicates. Your inner state that sends signals to the universe whether you are open to chaos or order in your life.
  5. Start your day by tuning into what you want by doing the Soul Synchronization Meditation.
  6. Whenever you complain or judge something or someone, say out loud or internally to yourself: “Interesting point of view, I have this point of view”. This phrase cancels judgment and prevents your mind from engaging in complaints. Because every thought is simply a point of view.
  7. Whenever something goes “wrong” or doesn’t happen as you expected, ask the Universe this question: How can it improve? And keep the question. Don’t try to answer it with your mind. Let the Universe take care of bringing the solution. Just stay in the present.
  8. Write this sentence on a piece of paper and place it where you will see it and repeat it several times a day: “Abundance is coming into my life now in amazing and miraculous ways.”

Trust

Surrender your intentions to the Universe. Do your part. Accept things as they come, without judgment. Trust in your partnership with the Universe and that everything that happens is for the good.

So, be grateful for every step you take. For every achievement. Finally, be grateful for life and the opportunity to expand your consciousness.

Namaste.
