Condensed Milk Rain Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of powdered milk (approximately)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon for dusting

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the milk powder, little by little, until it thickens. If necessary, add more milk powder.
  2. Form small balls and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and milk, stirring with a spoon.
  4. Add the flour little by little, mixing until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  5. Add the yeast and mix.
  6. Pour the condensed milk balls into the dough.
  7. Fry spoonfuls in hot oil until golden brown, adding a scoop of condensed milk to each spoonful.
  8. Drain them on absorbent paper, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
