Gingerbread Candies

Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 1/2 cup (tea) honey
- 1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 300 g of creamy dulce de leche
- 500g chopped fractionated milk chocolate
- Melted white chocolate for decoration
Preparation method:
- Mix the first six ingredients in a bowl.
- Sift the flour and add the bicarbonate and yeast to the bowl.
- Mix until smooth and pour the mixture into a medium rectangular mold.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove and set aside until cool.
- Cut the honey buns into 5cm squares and fill them with the creamy dulce de leche.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and cover the honey buns with the help of a spoon and fork.
- Place on baking paper and leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator, so that the chocolate solidifies.
- Decorate with melted white chocolate and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove the chocolate chips and place them in the boxes to deliver your order.
