Ingredients for POPCORN SAGU

– 1/2 cup(s) of sago

– 3/4 spoon(s) of oil

– salt to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate all necessary utensils and ingredients.

Sago popcorn:

  1. Place the sago in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
  2. Add vegetable oil and salt to taste and mix.
  3. Cover the bowl with cling film, making holes for ventilation.
  4. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the microwave, keep the cling film on (carefully, as it will be hot) and rotate the bowl to mix the sago.
  6. Place it back in the microwave for another minute or until most of the sago has popped.
  7. If necessary, adjust the time based on the power of your microwave.
  8. Remove from the microwave, let it rest for a few seconds and carefully remove the film to avoid burning yourself.
  9. Add salt to taste.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve to sago popcorn warm on a plate or tray.
