cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients for POPCORN SAGU
– 1/2 cup(s) of sago
– 3/4 spoon(s) of oil
– salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Separate all necessary utensils and ingredients.

Sago popcorn:
- Place the sago in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Add vegetable oil and salt to taste and mix.
- Cover the bowl with cling film, making holes for ventilation.
- Microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave, keep the cling film on (carefully, as it will be hot) and rotate the bowl to mix the sago.
- Place it back in the microwave for another minute or until most of the sago has popped.
- If necessary, adjust the time based on the power of your microwave.
- Remove from the microwave, let it rest for a few seconds and carefully remove the film to avoid burning yourself.
- Add salt to taste.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve to sago popcorn warm on a plate or tray.
