Rice with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice tea
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and grated
  • 300 g of chicken breast dice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 3 teacups of water
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 g of green corn
  • 2 cups broccoli herbal tea
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into slices
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into slices
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 carrot peeled and cut into slices

Preparation method

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the chicken and fry until golden brown. Then, lower the heat, add the rice, salt and mix. Next add the peppers, corn, broccoli, carrots, chicken broth and orange juice and stir to combine. Cover with water, cover the pan and cook until dry. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.

Biro-biro rice

Ingredients

  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 teacups of water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 100 g of chopped bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups rice tea
  • 100 g of straw potatoes

Preparation method

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the rice, salt and fry for 3 minutes. Add the water and cook, over low heat, until dry. Turn off the heat and set aside. In another pan, add butter and place over medium heat to heat. Add the bacon and fry. Add the eggs, season with salt and fry, leaving the yolks soft. Turn off the heat, add the reserved rice and the straw potatoes and mix. Serve then.

Rice with carrot

Ingredients

  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup rice tea
  • 1 cup of tea carrot peeled and grated
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • Salt and olive oil to taste

Preparation method

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and paprika and sauté for 4 minutes. Add rice and salt and stir continuously until fried. Add the carrot and fry for another 3 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and water and cook over low heat until the rice is tender. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.



Creamy green rice

Creamy green rice

Ingredients

  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup rice tea
  • 1/2 cup fresh peas
  • 1/4 cup of cheese chopped gorgonzola
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • Salt and olive oil to taste

Preparation method

In a blender, blend the water and spinach until smooth. Filter and reserve the liquid. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the rice, salt and fry for 3 minutes. Add the water beaten with the spinach and cook over low heat until dry. Then add the peas, gorgonzola and butter and mix. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.

Baked rice

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks egg
  • 400 g of cream
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 carrot peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup fresh peas
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 100 g of shredded mozzarella
  • 100 g of chopped ham
  • Salt, ground black pepper, grated parmesan and oregano to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation method

Place the egg yolks and cream in a container and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Season with salt and black pepper. Book. Place the rice, carrots, peas, chicken, mozzarella and ham in a container and mix. Then grease a refractory pan with butter and make a layer with the egg mixture. Cover with the rice and repeat the operation until the mold is completely filled, finishing with the rice. Sprinkle with parmesan and oregano. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve then.
