Easy, crispy and tasty garlic bread in the Airfryer – make it at home in minutes. Perfect to accompany barbecues or serve as an aperitif

Ingredients Garlic Bread Airfryer

– 1 piece of French bread (baguette or ciabatta) (or other bread of your choice)
THE

– 50 g of unsalted butter to the point of ointment

– 1 teaspoon garlic, grated

– 1/2 tablespoon(s) parsley, chopped

– 1/2 tablespoon(s) green onion, chopped

– salt to taste

– pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it is at room temperature, at the point of ointment.
  2. Separate all ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  3. Peel the garlic and grate it finely.
  4. Wash and dry the parsley and spring onion, then chop them very finely.
  5. Place the bread on a cutting board and cut it into slices of about 1.5 cm, without reaching the end, so that the slices do not fall apart.
  6. Preheat the Airfryer to 180ºC.

PREPARATION:

Garlic paste – preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the creamed butter with the grated garlic, parsley and chopped green onion.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix well until a smooth paste forms.

Assembling the Bread:

  1. Carefully open the slices of bread and evenly distribute the garlic paste between them.

Air Fryer:

  1. Place the bread in the Airfryer basket. Insert the basket into the appliance preheated to 180ºC.
  2. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, checking after 3 minutes to make sure it doesn’t burn, as the time can vary depending on the power of the Airfryer. The bread should be golden and crunchy.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Remove the garlic bread prepared in the airfryer and serve immediately to accompany barbecue or a salad.
  2. If you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container for up to 1 day and reheat them in the fryer for 1 to 2 minutes before serving again.
