Does anyone in your family give blessings? Today the healer’s advice speaks of the lineage that the practice brings with it
Blessing is the act of blessing someone or some object, with the determination to ward off evil and restore physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and material balance. I draw in particular on the wisdom of indigenous people, Africans, gypsies and popular Catholicism. There are prayers, the use of herbs in various forms, sacred elements and a lot of knowledge of nature. But there is one thing that can never be missing: hope, faith and lots of love in the heart.
Blessing: Do you have a faith healer in your family??
We know that most illnesses are caused by feelings of sadness, pain, abandonment, anger and even envy in the heart. They can also be harmful energies from a spiritual level. This is why when I teach that our frequency must be high, it is precisely to protect us from other energies that are of low and bad frequency.
For as long as humanity has existed, blessings have existed. Certainly with other names, but the principle is the same, help that asks us for help. In the Middle Ages, healers were persecuted and burned at the stake. They were women who cared for people, animals and crops, invoking with faith what was needed at that moment.
Women who did not need the Church and the papacy to live and help those who lived in rural areas, or did not have the resources for medical care. I certainly must have been burned at the stake several times, but I remain convinced of my mission and my humanitarian position.
Here are some tips on Benzedeira
First thing in the morning before leaving the house:
Good eyes see me
Evil eyes do not see
May it all fall into that
Who sends requests to me and my family
I am protected by the shield of Light
I’m safe
I will be safe
I was saved
I am saved
I will always be safe
Amen
Upside down herbal bath
A handful of eucalyptus
A handful of basil
First, boil 1.5 water. Add the fresh herbs and boil for 3 minutes. If they are dry, add a handful each and boil for 5 minutes.
After boiling for minutes, turn off.
Cool for 30 minutes and let it cool well.
Then take your hygienic shower and pour it from the head down. Don’t get into the shower anymore, dabbing yourself with the towel.
If possible, return the herbs to Nature and be grateful.
