Ingredients CAKE WITH BANANA IN THE AIRFRYER

– 1/2 unit of ripe bananas mashed and/or cut into cubes (see pre-preparation).

– 1/2 unit of egg

– 1/4 cup(s) of sugar

– 1/4 cup(s) of water

– 1/2 cup(s) of wheat flour

– 1/4 teaspoon(s) of chemical yeast

Ingredients FOR GREATING:

– oil to taste

Ingredients TO COMPLETE:

– sugar to taste

– ground cinnamon to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Perfect for those looking for a quick and practical recipe, this version of the classic cupcake is made with banana and lactose-free and you get 12 cupcakes for every 2 portions in 4cm diameter and 2cm high moulds.
  2. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  3. Grease the molds with a little oil.
  4. On a plate, mash the banana or cut it into cubes: it is also interesting to use half the amount mashed and the other half diced.

PREPARATION:

Banana rain cake in the Airfryer – Prepare and shape:

  1. In a bowl, place the egg(s) and beat just to break it.
  2. Add the sugar and mix.
  3. Using a sieve, add the flour little at a time, alternating it with the water and mixing after each addition until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  4. Add the mashed and/or diced banana and mix well.
  5. Finally add the chemical yeast.
  6. Distribute the mixture into the greased molds.

Rain Ravioli with Banana – Airfryer:

  1. It is not necessary to preheat the Airfryer.
  2. Place the molds in the Airfryer basket and place the basket in the drawer. Depending on the capacity of your equipment, divide it into steps.
  3. Close the drawer, adjust the temperature to 170°C and bake for about 8 minutes or until they are lightly golden: the cooking time depends on the size of the cupcakes and the power of your equipment.
  4. Remove the equipment drawer.
  5. While the cupcakes are baking, place the water in a bowl or spray bottle and mix the sugar and cinnamon in another bowl to finish.
  6. Remove the cupcakes from the molds – as the cinnamon sugar will not stick to the baked cupcakes – moisten them with a little water just to create a base to set on.
  7. Next, roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  8. If necessary, repeat the previous steps until all the gnocchi are finished.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the banana cake(s) prepared in the Airfryer, preferably still warm.
