Ingredients:
- 2 tablets of fresh organic yeast (30g each)
- 1/2 cup oil (tea).
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) warm water
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- Margarine for greasing
Filling
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 2 seedless tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1 can of corn
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- Place the yeast, sugar, oil and water in a bowl and mix until dissolved.
- Add the salt, the flour and knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth, soft and non-sticky dough. If necessary, add more flour.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- To prepare the filling, mix the chicken, tomato, parsley, olives, corn, cream cheese, salt and pepper in another bowl.
- On a smooth surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and divide it into circles.
- Distribute the filling, close by folding the dough into a crescent shape and pressing the edges with a fork.
- Transfer the calzone to a lightly greased pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and serve.
