Mixed banana cake (or marbled), made with a blender, very simple to prepare and very healthy




A 2-in-1 blended cake, in a healthy version: wheat-free, sugar-free and dairy-free.

Recipe for 4 people.

Ingredients Mixed banana cake (marbled) – Basic dough

– 6 ripe bananas, roughly chopped.

– 4 eggs, whole

– 200 ml of coconut milk

– vanilla essence to taste (optional)

– 4 tablespoons honey (optional)

– 200 g of gluten-free oatmeal

– 1 tablespoon(s) of chemical yeast THE

– 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder added to half the dough. ab

– oil to taste, for greasing.

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. To make an entire recipe – 4 portions, use a large baking tray and grease it with a drizzle of oil.

PREPARATION:

Mixed Banana Cake (Marble):

  1. Peel and coarsely chop the ripe bananas.
  2. In a blender, add the eggs, chopped bananas, coconut milk, honey (optional), and vanilla essence (optional).
  3. Beat to mix the ingredients well.
  4. Then add the gluten-free oat flour. Mix with spatula or beat again.
  5. Finally add the yeast and mix to homogenize.
  6. Place half of the dough into the greased pan.
  7. Then, in the rest of the mixture, add the cocoa powder and mix well and/or turn on the blender.
  8. Place the cocoa dough on top of the white dough.
  9. With a toothpick or a knife, make a cut in the center of the dough lengthwise, repeat on each side leaving a distance of 1 cm from the shape.
  10. Bake the banana (marble) cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes – 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when placed in the center of the cake.
  11. Leave to cool a little, turn out.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. To serve, cut the mixed banana cake (marble) sliced.
  2. For longer shelf life, store in the refrigerator.
