Businessman and influencer, Dudu Barros brings a Bahian touch to Sao Paulo with the Quinta Sem Salto party, this Thursday (24). Artists such as Preta Gil, Karol Conká and Gabi Amarantos have already participated in the event, which has been offering a space of freedom for 10 years and undoubtedly stands out in the LGBTQIA+ scene.

The details of his journey are shared by Dudu, and the next stages of the party confirm the event as a highlight, solidifying it as a moment focused above all on diversity. “Quinta Sem Salto is more than a party, it is a movement. We want people to feel free to be who they are, without labels or judgements. In other words, this is a space of inclusion and respect, where the only rule it’s have fun and be true to who you are,” he emphasizes.
When Quinta Sem Salto was created, the goal was to offer the public a space where fun was the center of attention, without worrying about clothing or social rules. The success was such that the party, which started in Salvador, is now also taking place in Sao Paulo.
Dudu explains that the idea for the party was born from the desire to break labels, but was the result of well-prepared research: “We thought of every detail to make this event as inclusive as possible. It’s not just about music or entertainment, it’s above all about creating an environment where people can feel welcomed, respected and free to be who they are,” he says.
Dudu Barros: party animal forever
He also reveals that his taste for events comes from his family, which has always been passionate about parties and Carnival, which inspired him from an early age, not only to value these moments, but also to make happiness his profession.
At the age of 15 he organized his first party, Halloween Only For Guest, which became a success and quickly gained notoriety. “I’ve always been fascinated by the power of a good party to bring different people together. Salvador gave me this vision of how a party can be transformative, a place where you can be who you really are. I wanted to bring that energy to other places, like San Paul”, he comments.
Over time, Dudu began to be called upon to draw up lists of guests and, after a lot of effort, he gained his space in the market: “At the beginning it was a job for ants. I made several lists of guests, I chased contacts, but no one knew who I was “, he emphasizes.
“It was a battle to be recognized, but I never gave up, because I knew I had something unique to offer. Today, looking back and seeing what I built, I am sure that every effort was worth it,” he recalls.
He later had the opportunity to work with Leo Santana, early in his career. “When they asked me to make the guest list for Léo Santana’s rehearsals, I knew it was a great opportunity. I always knew that Léo’s talent would take him far, but I think what we did during those rehearsals contributed to create a special moment. It was the right people, at the right time, who helped consolidate the success of that moment. It was something truly extraordinary for all of us”, he concludes.
