Ingredients:

- 6 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oil (tea).
- 1 cup natural orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Filling
- 500 g of white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 pack of cream
- 2 tablespoons brandy or rum
Coverage:
- 1 pack of cold cream for whipped cream
Preparation method:
- For the dough, in a planetary mixer, beat the egg whites, add the egg yolks and sugar and beat well.
- Turn off the mixer, add the wheat flour, oil, orange juice and yeast, mixing gently.
- Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 50 minutes.
- For the filling, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Store in the refrigerator until creamy.
- Cut the cake in half, fill and cover with whipped cream.
