Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
  • 2 cups sugar (tea)
  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oil (tea).
  • 1 cup natural orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Filling

  • 500 g of white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 pack of cream
  • 2 tablespoons brandy or rum

Coverage:

  • 1 pack of cold cream for whipped cream

Preparation method:

  1. For the dough, in a planetary mixer, beat the egg whites, add the egg yolks and sugar and beat well.
  2. Turn off the mixer, add the wheat flour, oil, orange juice and yeast, mixing gently.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 50 minutes.
  4. For the filling, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Store in the refrigerator until creamy.
  6. Cut the cake in half, fill and cover with whipped cream.
