Shredded beef with plantains
Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 diced onion
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 cubes of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (shoyu)
- 1.2 liters of boiling water
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Seasoned farofa ready to accompany
Plantain stew
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 sliced plantains
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- In a pressure cooker, over high heat, heat the oil and brown the meat.
- Add the onion, garlic, bay leaf, broth, extract, soy sauce and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the water, cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat, once the pressure has started.
- Turn off, let the pressure release naturally and open the pan. Remove 1/2 cup (tea) stock, dissolve flour, return to pan and stir until thickened, over low heat.
- Season with salt, season with parsley and turn off the heat.
- Place the butter in a pan over medium heat and brown the banana with the salt.
- Serve with the meat and farofa.
