CORN CAKE Ingredients
– 400 g of fresh green corn (about 1 medium ear for every 2 portions)
– 1 can(s) of condensed milk
– 4 egg units, small. If using large eggs reduce the quantity by 25%.

Ingredients FOR GREATING THE MOLD
– 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
PREPARATION:
- For a large recipe like the one in the photo, adjust the quantities of the recipe to 8 people and use a baking pan with a diameter of 23 to 25 cm.
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Heat the oven to 180°C.
- Thresh the ears, cutting the grains with a knife very close to the cob. No need to cook.
- Grease the pan with butter and sprinkle it with sugar, leaving a very even layer.
PREPARATION:
Corn cake:
- Beat the corn, condensed milk and eggs in a blender until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
- Add the yeast, mix well or beat quickly with the pulse function.
- Transfer the dough into the pan greased with butter and sprinkled with sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 30 minutes.
- Before turning off the oven, insert a toothpick into the cake to check if it is done. If it comes out dirty, let it cook a little longer..
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- After roasting, remove the corn cake Remove from the oven, leave to cool for about 15 minutes and turn out onto a plate.
