The publication has already accumulated approximately 24.6 million views. The recipe includes sliced ribeye accompanied by a special puree and chimichurri sauce. To enjoy the dish, the the customer must pay 119 dollars (R$ 685, at the current price).
Among the countless spices, one moment in particular caught the public’s attention. When you remove the meat from the oven, a thermometer placed in the cut reads 183 degrees Fahrenheit (83ºC).
“183°F is criminal,” one follower wrote. In addition to several comments suggesting that meat was no longer at its peak, there was also room for jokes: “Legend has it that the temperature is still rising.”
But there was also space for some profiles who spoke out in defense of the restaurant. “In today’s Instagram episode, everyone is a steak expert. It seems like they never left the country to eat steak somewhere else. Most don’t like it, but they know more than the boss,” one guy wrote.
Others thought that the preference for the well-made dish might be a request to the chef. And that’s exactly what happened: The cameraman picked the spot, according to the restaurant representative, who recounted BlogTo.
“We know that the debate on how to prepare a steak will never end and the battle between rare and well done continues,” the spokesperson explained, also assuring that customers have a good experience at the restaurant.
