The food festival takes place from November 1st to 10th at Parque Villa-Lobos
SP Gastronomia, a festival bringing together restaurants, chefs and prominent gastronomy personalities, will take place over the next two weekends, from November 1st to 10th, at Parque Villa-Lobos. During the days of the festival, participants will be able to try dishes from the renowned restaurants of São Paulo: A Casa do Porco, by Jefferson Rueda, Mocotó, by Rodrigo Oliveira, QT Pizza Bar, 38th best pizzeria on the planet according to the 50 Top Pizza Ranking and Capim Santo , by Morena Leite, are some of the participating venues.
Those who attend the event, which has limited tickets, will also have the opportunity to sample a special creation from these and other venues, such as A Casa do Porco’s mushroom and tofu sausage sandwich, the Mini Tantandon (featuring gohan, chasu de minced pork and beef) from Jojo Ramen, duck esfiha from Make Hommus and a sun-dried beef sandwich on ciabatta bread from Mocotó will be featured on the booth menu as part of the exclusive menu.
The event includes a rich program of workshops, such as the courses of the Instituto Capim Santo on sustainable and accessible practices in the kitchen, with topics such as the sandwich (02/11), the full use of cassava (03/11), savory foods for dietary restrictions (09/11) and preserving jams (10/11).
SP Gastronomia 2024 also brings together a local producers’ fair, with 35 stalls showcasing artisanal ingredients and delicacies.
Tickets range between R$35 and R$45 (half price for the 1st and 2nd batch respectively) and R$70 and R$90 (1st/2nd batch) and can be purchased on the website.
