PREPARATION:
Ball potatoes – Cooking (do this step before starting pre-preparation):
- Wash the potatoes well, rubbing the skin well to remove all impurities.
- Place it in a pan, cover it with cold water and place it on a high heat.
- As soon as it boils, add salt, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15-20 minutes so that they are al dente – the cooking time depends on the size of the potatoes – when you insert the fork you should feel a little resistance.
- Turn off the fire.
- While the potatoes are cooking, continue preparing (point 2).
Potatoes in the Airfyer:
- Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
- Drain the potatoes and, as soon as you can, cut them in half lengthwise and place them in the basket, one next to the other.
- Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and season with a little more salt and pepper.
- Mix well and insert the basket into the equipment.
- Brown the potatoes for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking to brown them evenly.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Remove the potato(s) from the basket and serve immediately, placing them on a serving plate or distributing them directly onto the plates.
- Finish the potatoes in the airfryer with herbs (optional).
