Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (tea)
  • 1/4 cup oil (tea).
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • Margarine and flour for greasing

Filling

  • 2 chopped onions
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup oil (tea).
  • 3 bunches chopped spinach
  • 1 1/2 liters of water
  • 300 g of wheat flour

Preparation method:

  1. For the filling, brown the onion and garlic in oil, add the spinach leaves, and finally 1/2 liter of water, and bring to the boil.
  2. Blend the remaining water and flour in the blender, pour into the pan with the spinach and stir until it thickens and cooks. Let it cool.
  3. For the dough, blend all the ingredients, except the flour and yeast, in a blender for about 3 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Then add the flour and yeast and beat for another 2 minutes.
  5. Arrange in greased and floured cake pans until they are half full, add the filling and cover with more dough.
  6. Cook for about 35 minutes.
