✔️ Sugar – 150g
✔️ Vanillin (optional) – 1/2 teaspoon
✔️ Flour – 210g
✔️ Cocoa – 10g
✔️ Milk – 40 ml
✔️ Baking powder – 10g
✔️ Butter at room temperature – 60g
✔️Salt – a pinch
✔️ Colorants
✔️ Powdered sugar (to sprinkle) – 100g
☑️ Process:
1️⃣ Beat the egg with the sugar, add the vanilla, butter and milk, mix
2️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt, cocoa) and sift into our dough
3️⃣ Knead the dough, it will stick a little to your hands, don’t worry. Cover the dough with cling film and place in the freezer for 40 minutes.
4️⃣ Over time, we take out the dough and divide it into two equal parts, we add coloring to each part
5️⃣ From the two colors of dough, we roll identical balls then we connect two balls of different colors together
6️⃣ Roll the balls in powdered sugar and place them on a baking sheet
7️⃣ Bake in preheated oven at 180* for 13-15 minutes, it’s ready❤️
