Gratin gnocchi
Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of cooked and mashed cassava
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons corn starch
- Salt to taste
- 150 g of grated parmesan
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups cooked and chopped meat
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- Place a pan over medium heat with the cassava, butter, cornstarch and salt, stirring until it thickens and no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from heat and leave to cool.
- Make thin rolls out of the dough and cut them every 2 cm, forming gnocchi.
- Cook, little at a time, in a pan with water and salt, until they rise to the surface.
- Remove it with a slotted spoon and set it aside.
- For the sauce, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the onion and meat for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring a few times.
- Mix half the sauce with the gnocchi set aside, place it in a baking dish, cover with the remaining sauce, sprinkle with parmesan and cook in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes.
