Blended cassava cake, which is creamy, easy to make, just blend and there is no flour or milk in the ingredients
A creamy cassava cake, flourless and very easy to prepare.

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients CREAMY CAKE WITH THE BLENDER
– 450g peeled and raw cassava/cassava/cassava, cut into pieces
– 2 units of eggs
– 200 ml of coconut milk
– 1 1/2 cups sugar + a little for dusting
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature + a little for greasing
– 2 teaspoons of chemical yeast THE
– salt to taste
– 1/2 unit cumaru seeds, grated (optional)
Ingredients TO FINISH
– 1 cup(s) cassava/cassava/cassava, grated
– sugar to taste, sprinkled
PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to use at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grate the cassava at the end.
- Cut the cassava from the dough into smaller pieces as it will be mixed with the other ingredients.
- Grease a 20cm square baking pan with butter and sprinkle with sugar. (recipe size serves 4 – adjust size for larger portions).
PREPARATION:
CREAMY CAKE WITH THE BLENDER:
- Place the eggs, chopped cassava, sugar, butter, coconut milk and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mass.
- Add the yeast and mix well, add the cumaru (optional) and mix again.
- Place in the greased and sprinkled pan and finish by distributing the reserved grated cassava on top.
- Sprinkle sugar over the grated cassava/cassava.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Bake for about 40-50 minutes or until golden brown on the edges and firm in the centre.
- Turn off the oven, turn out the cake and let it cool before turning it out.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Cut the Creamy cassava cake in a blender in squares or diamonds for serving.
