With a dark chocolate shell, this bonbon surprises with its presentation and its unique texture. As for the flavour, the classic panettone flavor is present thanks to the candied fruit and the essence used.

Christmas candy
Time: 40min (+3h in the fridge)

Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 400g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup candied fruit
- 1/2 teaspoon of panettone essence
- Butter for greasing
- 250g chopped fractionated milk chocolate
Preparation method:
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the butter, candied fruit, cream, essence and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove from the oven and form balls with greased hands.
- Melt the fractionated chocolate in a bain-marie and wet the balls with the help of a fork.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven, place in paper cases and serve.
