Guava jam with cheese

Ingredients:
- 5 guavas
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
Preparation method:
- Peel the guavas, cut them in half and remove the pulp.
- In a pan, cook the pulp and peel in water until softened.
- Remove from the heat and pass through a sieve.
- Return to the pan, add the sugar and cook again until boiling.
- Add the guava halves and cook until softened and the syrup is slightly thick.
- Let it cool.
- Transfer to a bowl and store in the refrigerator.
- Serve with white cheese and, if desired, garnish with mint leaves.
