Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oil (tea).
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing
Filling:
- 3 cans of sardines in sauce, drained
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt, black pepper and oregano to taste
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 1 sliced tomato
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Preparation method:
- In a blender, beat the oil, eggs, milk, salt, flour and yeast until smooth.
- Spread into a buttered and floured 22cm springform pan.
- For the filling, mix the sardines, onion, garlic, pepper and tomato in a bowl.
- Season with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Distribute the dough on top, sprinkle the mozzarella, decorate with the tomato, sprinkle with the grated parmesan and oregano and bake in a medium preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool, unmold and serve.
