  • Oil and wheat flour for greasing

Filling:

  • 3 cans of sardines in sauce, drained
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper and oregano to taste
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, beat the oil, eggs, milk, salt, flour and yeast until smooth.
  2. Spread into a buttered and floured 22cm springform pan.
  3. For the filling, mix the sardines, onion, garlic, pepper and tomato in a bowl.
  4. Season with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
  5. Distribute the dough on top, sprinkle the mozzarella, decorate with the tomato, sprinkle with the grated parmesan and oregano and bake in a medium preheated oven for 30 minutes.
