To make your work easier, the recipe requires only 20 minutes of “manual work”, since the rest of the preparation is only in the refrigerator, to make the mousse firm and ready.

Cappuccino mousse

Time: 20 minutes (+3 hours in the fridge)

Performance: 12 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 can of cold brewed coffee
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 level teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Preparation method:

  1. Sprinkle the gelatine into the coffee and dissolve it in a double boiler and blend with the rest of the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Wet a 20cm diameter decorated mold with ice water, add the mousse and place in the fridge for 3 hours.
  3. Unmold when serving.
  4. If desired, decorate with coffee beans.
