Ingredients for the blender cake
- 2 cups (tea) of milk
- 1 cup (tea) of oil
- 3 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 grated onions
- 4 chopped seedless cherry tomatoes
- 3 cups of grated chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1 cup of green corn
- 1/2 cup of ready-made tomato sauce
- 1 cup of chopped parsley
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Method of preparation
In a blender, beat the milk, oil, eggs and salt. Gradually add all the flour and finally the yeast. In a pan with oil, brown the garlic and onion over medium heat. Add the tomato and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the chicken, olives, corn and tomato sauce. Season with salt and add the parsley. Cover the bottom of a greased and floured medium oval refractory with a small amount of dough. Place the filling and mozzarella on top. Cover with the remaining dough and take it to a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
