 - 1 green pepper chopped
 - 2 leek stalks, chopped
 - 1 cup chopped green olives
 - 1 can drained corn
 - 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper
 - 3 cups cassava flour
 
Preparation method:
- Heat a pan with butter and fry the sausage and peppers until golden brown.
 - Add the leek, olives, corn and chives and sauté for 3 minutes.
 - Add the flour, season with salt, mix well and turn off the heat.
 - Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
