Ingredients:
- 45g of fresh organic yeast
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) warm water
- 1 and 1/2 cup seedless raisins
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- Margarine for greasing

- 2 cups chopped guava paste
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
Preparation method:
- In a container, dissolve the yeast with warm water, then add the rest of the ingredients, except the wheat flour, and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, stirring and, if necessary, add a little more wheat flour.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead well.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts, cut two strips with the dough and roll them like a snail.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Melt the guava paste in a pan, add the cream cheese and mix.
- Spread the dressing over the bread.
