Raisin bread

Ingredients:

  • 45g of fresh organic yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) warm water
  • 1 and 1/2 cup seedless raisins
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • Margarine for greasing

  • 2 cups chopped guava paste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).

Preparation method:

  1. In a container, dissolve the yeast with warm water, then add the rest of the ingredients, except the wheat flour, and mix well.
  2. Add the wheat flour little by little, stirring and, if necessary, add a little more wheat flour.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead well.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 parts, cut two strips with the dough and roll them like a snail.
  6. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Melt the guava paste in a pan, add the cream cheese and mix.
  8. Spread the dressing over the bread.
