Traditional lemon mousse

Time: 30min (+3h in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 box of lemon flavored gelatine powder
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Lemon zest to taste

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, heat the lemon juice until it boils, then dissolve the gelatine.
  2. Place in the blender and blend with the cream and condensed milk.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and gently mix the egg whites.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon zest to taste.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
