Traditional lemon mousse

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 box of lemon flavored gelatine powder
- 1 can of cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Lemon zest to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pan, heat the lemon juice until it boils, then dissolve the gelatine.
- Place in the blender and blend with the cream and condensed milk.
- Transfer to a bowl and gently mix the egg whites.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon zest to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
