Those who regularly consume this legume have improved health, less chance of developing cancer and greater control over their weight. “Chickpeas are a very complete and important food. The ideal is to consume a portion of them in one of the main meals of the day, at least three times a week. For those who do a lot of physical exercise or are sporty, it is also good because it offers energy”, recommends the expert.
