Ground beef fricassee

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 700 g of minced meat
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 seedless tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup canned corn, drained
- 1 sachet of powdered meat broth
- Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- Straw potatoes for dusting
Preparation method:
- Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and brown the meat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the onion, garlic, tomato, corn, beef broth and sauté for another 5 minutes or until the meat is no longer raw.
- Season with salt, pepper, green chillies and spread them in a medium baking dish.
- Cover with cream cheese and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Sprinkle with potato straws and serve immediately.
